Project Description
The core idea behind our resume summarizer project is to bring transparency to hiring. By showcasing relevant skills and qualifications aligned with job descriptions, our tool allows recruiters to identify top candidates quickly. Importantly, our tool is designed to support, not replace, human judgment. It enhances decision-making by providing valuable insights without automating candidate selection. Recruiters still have the final say, ensuring that the personal touch remains integral to the hiring process.
Our AI agents perform the tasks of summarizing résumés, and extracting relevant keywords from resumes and job descriptions. The recruiter can actively engage with the AI agent, as part of the human-in-the-loop process. Recruiters can review the outputs generated by the AI, providing essential feedback to refine the summaries. They have control over correcting or steering the agent’s behavior, ensuring that the final product meets their expectations.
And while we have only developed the recruiter view, it’s important to note that the process of highlighting key skills and qualifications will also benefit candidates. They will have a clear understanding of what it takes to be selected for a particular position, helping them to tailor their applications and enhance their chances of success.
