CallFlow is an AI-powered call center solution that combines automated responses with intelligent human oversight. The system uses a confidence-based routing approach to handle customer inquiries - automatically resolving routine matters while escalating complex cases for human approval. Through its verification classifier layer and real-time monitoring dashboard, CallFlow helps human agents focus their attention where it’s most needed, ultimately improving response times and service quality while reducing operational costs.

With 2 years of industry experience, I have developed forecasting systems and improved computer vision models during his internship at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions.
