I am an AI SF native, organically grown! I'm an ML engineer with a B.A. in Data Science from UC Berkeley and an M.S. in Computer Science from WSU where I have completed my thesis defense. My research was on efficient inference for edge devices — teaching models to bail out early when they're already confident, which cuts energy on IoT hardware.

LLM infrastructure, model routing, and evaluation. Edge AI and efficient inference. Voice and agentic systems. Biology-inspired AI architectures. Building AI products that train users instead of replacing them. Running an AI ventures portfolio — I am currently building Signal Reader (a reading comprehension training app), a nutrition coach, and a competitive intelligence agent. The thesis is that most AI products do the thinking for you. Ours train you or work alongside you. In addition to that I am working on academic research as a hobby. I find the most joy in Research and Development. Also currently helping my friend build out an agentic AI company inspired by biology.
