My name is Andrew Wang. I’m an ex-founder of a company called Spruce (full-service self-storage and 2nd-hand sales) which was incubated at Harvard Innovation Labs’ Venture Incubation Program. I then moved on to larger companies working at ADT on the DIY team (which was a recently acquired startup) and then Amazon’s Physical Stores organization as Amazon expanded Fresh and Go. Back at a startup now helping integrate AI into ecommerce sales funnels.
AI agents, scaling problems,
Working on a local assistant. At 9-5 working on product recommendations and AI product marketing automation for large enterprise ecommerce brands.

Self at Self
Design lead and product direction for functionality, front-end prototyping
Systems thinker with a B.Arch who likes tracing problems to root causes instead of patching symptoms. I enjoy research-heavy work—mapping incentives, behaviors, and workflows—then turning insights into simple, usable systems.
Human behavior + systems; UX/user research; AI/AI safety + product; community health/toxicity in gaming; real estate/property ops; architecture/design; tooling that reduces friction in project management.
Project Management Integration — exploring a lightweight workflow that connects tasks, calendar, and notes so teams can see progress, blockers, and next actions in one place (with sane defaults + minimal admin).
