Built the full-stack foundation (React frontend, Express/SQLite backend, FastAPI AI server). Designed and implemented the hybrid inference strategy in generate_hybrid: complexity classifier for easy/medium/hard routing, model persistence singleton to avoid re-init overhead, RAG pre-filtering for contact ranking.

Also contributed to full-stack development and led UX design across the app.
