Project Description

generate_hybrid first runs the classifier to check force_cloud or force_local flags, immediately routing to the appropriate provider without any inference. If neither flag is set, it runs FunctionGemma on-device first and only escalates to the cloud if the returned confidence score falls below a threshold.
